A partnership firm is an official agreement between two or more people to run a business together and split the profits.

- There must be a minimum of 2 partners and maximum of 20 partners.

A partnership firm may register later on or even at the moment of formation. The RJSC should receive an application with the following details included:
- Take Name Clearance Certificate of the Organization Firm
- Date of Foundation of the Organization Firm
- Term of the Organization Firm
- Vital put of trade with full Address
- Joining Date of Accomplices
- Particulars of Accomplices
- Particulars of Trade
- Application must be submitted on the endorsed Shape– I
After completing partnership registration in Bangladesh to start operating your business you should get the following documents:

- TIN Certificate for your newly Registered Partnership Firm.

- VAT Registration Certificate
- Import Registration Certificate (In case of Import Business)
